Job Description:

A MNC (client of Drona Intelliserv) who are known for standard of excellence for industry professionals and consumers around the globe are looking for 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 (𝐂𝐀) based at 𝑺𝒖𝒓𝒂𝒕 (𝑮𝒖𝒋𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒕).

Job Description: 
I.	Responsible for managing the monthly accounts and produce performance analysis/reports for the board & senior management to help drive business performance.
II.	Working effectively as a Finance Business Partner with the business managers, extracting financial information from non-finance to help improve cost analysis and budget spend.
III.	Producing the annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for the business.
IV.	Responsibility for practice group budgeting, planning and forecasting contributing to target setting.
V.	Partner with Internal teams to launch new product / package and improve new products value chain/ ROI.
VI.	Drive initiatives to improve profitability of category/ packages.
VII.	Provide budget support to sales and service teams.
VIII.	Coordinate monthly sales forecast process including historical performance analysis
IX.	Provide analysis of product margin vs multiple benchmarks
X.	Identify and implement margin improvement initiatives to assist to meet or exceed goals.
XI.	Preparation and review of key customers P&Ls, support pricing re-negotiation efforts through scenario planning managing the internal Customer Pricing Analysis (CPA) process.
XII.	Properly assess commercial risks for business model/sales contract/ project and set control process and test the results.
XIII.	Highlight issues in credit control process and give recommendation for correction to management team.
