Job Description:

Facilitating Incorporation of Incorporation of Companies/LLP/Branch office/ Liaison Office/ Project Office.
Alteration of MOA/AOA, Compounding of offences etc.
Undertaking all the Statutory filings and returns/Forms with ROC, RBI or any other Statutory Authorities. (including monthly ECB Returns)
Supporting Corporate Compliances including Due diligence and audits.
LLP Compliances, FEMA Compliances, KYC Compliances & other Statutory Compliances.
 Knowledge of the Latest Amendments, rules regulations and notifications under the Companies Act 2013 and FEMA regulations and understanding of the Applicability of such amendments.
Liaison with various Authorities like ROC, RBI, NLCT and Liaison with various Departments like Shops & Establishment, GST, PF, ESI, Labour Department etc
Conducted various meetings like Board Meetings, Shareholder Meetings etc and preparations of relevant secretarial documents required for compliance in this regard.
Handling Corporate law matters on a day-to-day basis, supporting, Advising the Board and ensuring Corporate Secretarial Compliances.
Drafting of various Agreements Like ECB Agreement/LLP Agreement/ Loan Agreement etc.
Preparation of Annual Returns ( also in XBRL format ) and preparation of FLA Returns.
Striking of Company/Closure of Branch office/PO/LO.
Maintaining various Registers is required as per the Companies Act 2013.
Issuance/Transfer of Shares as per Companies Act & RBI Compliances.
Handled work for Declaration of Dividend to the shareholder as per the Companies Act 2013.
