Job Description:

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:
•	Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives and growth targets.
•	Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
•	Set sales goals, forecasts, and budgets for the sales team.
•	Oversee the execution of sales plans and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
•	Develop and manage relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
•	Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
•	Work closely with marketing, product development, and finance teams to ensure alignment on sales initiative and product offerings.
•	Collaborate with regional teams to share best practices and drive consistency in sales efforts.
•	Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance summaries to senior management.
•	Utilize sales data and market research to drive decision-making and refine sales strategies.
•	Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
•	Implement and enforce company policies and procedures within the sales team.
